SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Introduction
Majd Perfumery is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, from initial order placement to final delivery and, when necessary, returns. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipment, modification, and return of all orders placed at www.majdperfumery.com. By shopping with us, you acknowledge and accept these provisions in full.
2. Order Processing
Upon successful payment authorization, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number and summary of purchased items. Orders are generally processed within two to three business days, except during peak promotional periods or holidays, when fulfillment times may extend. You will be notified promptly should any delays arise.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
Majd Perfumery offers flatrate standard shipping for all domestic orders under $75. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
4. Transfer of Risk
Title and risk of loss for your order pass to you upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies or damage without delay.
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations
In case you need to modify or cancel your order, you may submit a request via email to sales@majdperfumery.com within 24 hours of placement. Please include your full name, order number, and specific changes. We will confirm any approved modifications within one business day. Once an order progresses into fulfillment, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
6. Fraud Prevention & Automatic Cancellation
Majd Perfumery reserves the right to automatically cancel or place on hold any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other safety concerns. In the event of an automatic cancellation, you will receive an email notification, and any authorized charges will be refunded to your original payment method.
7. Packaging and Handling
We use reinforced cartons, bubble wrap, and "Fragile" labeling to safeguard delicate items such as rollon and spray bottles. Our packaging strategy is designed to minimize movement and protect contents throughout the shipping journey.
8. Tracking and Delivery Concerns
A shipment notification email, including a tracking number and carrier link, is sent once your order departs our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear. If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, we advise checking with neighbors or building management. For confirmed deliveries not in your possession, file a claim with the carrier; Majd Perfumery is not liable for loss or theft of packages marked as delivered.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within seven days of delivery by emailing sales@majdperfumery.com with the subject "Damaged Shipment." Provide your order number, photographs of the damage, and item details. Verified claims will result in complimentary replacement shipments. For insured orders, approved carrier claim payments will be refunded to your original payment method. In cases of suspected theft or permanent loss, uninsured orders must pursue resolution directly with the carrier, as Majd Perfumery cannot provide reimbursement.
10. Returns and Refunds
Unopened, unused, factorysealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a return,

• Include your order number, valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt), and reason for return.
Return Process
• You will receive shipping instructions within two business days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing insurance.
• Majd Perfumery is not liable for return packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Refund Method
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees and payment processing costs are non-refundable.
11. Sale and Promotional Items
All items purchased on promotion or using discount codes are subject to the same return eligibility and refund procedures as regularpriced merchandise, unless explicitly marked "Final Sale."
12. OutofStock and Backorder Handling
In the event that an item in your confirmed order becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email within two business days. You may elect to backorder the item upon restock, accept a substitution of equal value, or receive a refund for the unavailable item. If we do not receive your preference within five business days, we will automatically issue a refund for the affected item.
13. International Orders
At present, we ship exclusively within the United States. International orders cannot be processed or fulfilled.
14. Limitation of Liability
Majd Perfumery’s liability for any direct damages is limited to the cost of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, carrier actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters and customs inspections.
